Can a Squidoo page outrank another website (private rights) that stands with strong page rank obviously?

I'm confused because most Squidoo users do not apparently seems to have studied their cases and so they do not rank thus very well. I have no reporting to be done in here but thats just my personal observance. Do you see it that way as well?

Links are so dearly important...

How long does it counts for your Squidoo, hubs and other pages to be indexed in google? Please help this is very important for me to know. Thanks in advance.
