Hello, I have read about commenting in blogs and leaving an anchor link to my website..

Now, i was wondering, how valuable are those backlinks comments?

i am now 3# ranked in first page of google, and was just looking for ways to get the top. should i use backlinks in blog comments or not?

If you can get by with it. Most of the time, you will get slammed doing that. I think you are better off just going for the link and not worrying about the anchor text when it comes to blog commenting. Getting the anchor text in will just throw up a red flag.

Oh so maybe it would be important to notify that the anchor text is my name, and not in the comment itself.
