Thanks!....as far as Link Bait is concerned, it is just very compelling content you create on your website. (Articles, Videos, Graphics)

The content is so compelling that people chose(on their own volition) to link to it and spread the word about it. You get both traffic and backlinks in the process.

The best examples for link bait can be found on Digg.com where people post and vote on this type of content from other websites.

I have saved both the files for my use and learning purposes. Just wanted to ask two questions:

1. Link exchange: Which is the best link exchange software? I wanted to add 10 links per week. How do we identify authority sites? What is the best way to identify high PR sites
2. Adsense: I heard we can earn money from the articles. Do you have any idea how it needs to be done

Well, I don't want this thread to replace the purpose of this entire forum which has a wealth of information.

The charts are a reference and starting point...I recommend using the forum itself to search for details for any of the backlink tactics in my charts....there is free information as well as WSOs that can help.
