Does anyone have data on what moving from 4/5 to 1/2 in Google will do for taffic? I'm curious since people will "aim" for first page of Google, but does anyone have ACTUAL numbers of what moving from say 4th or 5th spot to 1st or 2nd spot did for them? (consistent numbers) |

I read somewhere that spot 1 gets around 40% of all clickthroughs, spot 2 gets around 10%. Of course it varies between niches and your meta description has a lot to say. |
