What is a good strategy for Socialbot and rssbot?

Here is what I plan on doing, let me know if this is wrong.

I have senuke. I plan on doing it every day, just enough not to get slapped by G. I take those urls I get from the url manger from Senuke when I am done using it and and say 10 at a time and turn them into rss feeds by making one rss feed out of the ten. Then taking that one rss feed and throwing it in to Social Bot and running social bot, then ping those when I am done. Then take that one rss feed and throwing it in rssbot and running that and then pinging it.

Trying to get my backlinks indexed fast and not going crazy and get slapped.
