Here is my strategy. I have Senuke which I plan on running every day. Now I am only going to run the article section and do 50 web. 2.0 sections every day. Then take the rss feeds of those and combine them into one, ( take 10 feeds and turn them into one) then submit those to socialbot and after submitting those, ping them . Then take the combine rss feeds and submit them into rssbot and then when done ping those. Please let me know what you guys think. |

Sounds like a lot of work. Is it effective? Think 80/20 on SEO work. |

I am doing this so I don't get the G slapped and I get indexed faster. Remember SENUKE does all most of the work and even combining the rss feeds it does. I spent about a 20 to 30 doing it with SENUKE. |

anyone else can give me insight on this. I just did my first day. Not sure how if its going to work but: I am trying to do Sean Donahoe : Instantly Make Every Backlink You Create (Angela's, Paul's, Etc) 1000% More Powerful With 1 Click! script. I wan to to see if it works and if it does I will buy it then. |

I think it's a good strategy, the key component being the web 2.0 properties but the rss feeds will help you get them crawled.

The rss feeds pings and submission will help your backlinks. But if you're looking for traffic, it would be good if you combine it with twitter or youtube marketing.

you're doing activity that will help in rankings, by building content and driving exposure to it. I think Agz21 was suggesting if you wanted additional traffic, and considering the recent trend to merge of SMM and SEO, optimizing Twitter and Youtube to drive direct traffic to yoru site or Web 2.0 properties works. If this is whaty agz21 was referring to, I concur. At the end of the day, it's about qualified traffic. I care less about rankings in the big picture. SEO is merely a single tool in your toolbox to drive traffic. Since SMM and SEO are converging, your efforts to optimize videos, audio, and other properties will merely help out your less interactive properties like articles, and finally, your money site. |

Three things: 1. How old is the money site you are promoting? Is it your howtosellclothesforcash site - as this site has only 45 inlinks currently - as per Yahoo? 2. Have you thought of pushing your links through Ping.FM? Know it is a lot of work to join all the Ping.Fm sites, but worth it 3. What about some videos - use animoto - it is free. Create video in animoto - get animoto to push it to YouTube for you Use Heyspread to distribute video for you - think it does about 15 sites at very low cost Hope this helps? old man |

Just remember that senuke only submits to a relatively small number of sites. In the eyes of google, it looks like the same people keep saying that your site is the best. But, what about the millions of other sites. Shoudn't more than 50-100 sites think your great(link back to you). Solution - Diversify(I know, senuke has several modules, but there just aren't enough sites for that to be all your doing in offpage seo) -Article Syndication(UAW,Myarticle Network, BacklinkSOlutions, Content Crooner, ArticleRanks, Free Traffic System...) -Video Submission- Videobot by Bigmike or trafficgeyser or tubemogul or just use senukes module. -Blog commenting- Manual for best results. Although some people claim that offtopic links work just as well as ontopic backlinks, it only makes sense that your popular basketweaving site would get a few(should get more) backlinks from relevant sites in the niche. Since google is always figuring out new ways to fight spam, it seems that getting as many relevant backlinks that you can would somewhat futureproof your site. Relevant Forum Posting- Google your exact keyword phrase your targetting, click on show options, and then select forums. Bam. Forum threads with your juicy exact match keyword ready for you to post in annd get a backlink to your exact match page. Software Submissions. Podcasts.... The list really goes on and on . Really, always strive to get backlinks where your target audience is. To compete, you are forced to manufacture backlinks from places that don't make sense really. Like profile pages that nobody ever sees. I personally think the power of profile page backlinks are going to be getting weaker if they haven't already. Good Luck. |

The site is about a month old and I just started doing it when I made it. Why do you suggest Ping.FM? Quote:

I believe in the motto "work smarter not harder" but having said that sometimes you do the work up front to get it to the "working smarter" part!

If each of the sites require a specific profile (e.g. completely different market and marketing profile), then yes. That is one of the short-comings of the current social marketing/promotional system we face, currently. That is the reason why a lot of people have taken the outsourced route. Marsh Sutherland is working on a possible solution to this - based on a Siebel spin-off platform. This is going into beta mid Jan 2010 - will keep you updated once I have more detailed info. Cheers old man | |
