Default Let's Define, As A Group, Real Strength Of Comp Analysis.

Hi Guys,

Just something I thought would be a good thread to start and something which, as a group, we can all build together and agree on.

Seemingly it would appear there is a lot of talk about MNF and Market Samurai, Xfactor and Clickbump's own spin on things, not to mention all the other tricks such as AllinUrl and Allinanchor operators - which I might add are also useful.

With all this talk of finding the strength of competition, it's easy for anyone to get over loaded on which would be the best method to try.

What I think would be helpful, for the new and not so new marketer is if we could all agree on some simple principles which we have found, with solid background research, as to whether a keyword or collection of keyphrases had potential to reach the first page quickly when targetting "micro" niches.

So lets talk about

Keywords
Competing websites...their page rank and structure
Back links

etc etc.

hmmm...
