Any serious service that builds adsense sites?

Is there any serious service that builds adsense sites until they
make e.g. $2-$3 a day from organic traffic and sell them?

I don't mean any sites that have 'potential' to make money, but
sites that you can order, pay, and then they build the site, completely
white hat, build links and get steady traffic until it makes $2-$3 a day,
and the site is yours since you paid for it.

Is there any such service?

Hello Alminc,

I've never heard of any services as described. However I do know you can buy complete websites here on the forum then buy content writers services for the content. All you'd have to do is your own keyword research using MNF or Market Samuri. There are of course separate services for backlinking and web 2 automating to cut down on your work load.
Not sure that is what you are asking or looking for...

If there is such a service I too would be interested to hear of it from other Warriors.

If the site is making $5 per day, that's $150 per month.

I wouldn't expect people to sell it for less then 10-12
monthly profits, which would be $1500-$1800.

Thanks Keren, what you described is a good way to build the site and
wait a few months until it makes money. But I would like to know if
there is a reliable source where I can just pay others to do all that for
me and than hand me the 'money-machine'

Almin,

You can get a $150/month Adsense site for less than 10 months of income if you're willing to really dig in and find them. I've sold them for as little as 6X monthly income when the need struck to come up with a chunk of cash quickly. Lots of sellers are like that. Look at Flippa and even here in the sites for sale section. Just don't bite on the first one you come across asking to 10-12 months of income and dig down deeper. Might take you a couple of weeks of looking, waiting, looking some more, but they're out there.

You can buy any sites you want. It's your job to figure out what does and doesn't have value.

I want to buy sites that make money too. Isn't this what buy low sell high is all about? You want someone to figure it out for you too.

I don't know of any, but companies like webmasterlabor offer both content and link building services. I'm sure you could work out a deal with them where they just add the content to your blog, or outsource the content to blog posting, use a drip plugin, something like that.

Off the top of my head I don't know of a service that does everything though.

I do not know of any service that does that, but if you were to do it efficiently for yourself, you could do this:

Find a great niche with profitable KW with MNF or Samurai.

Outsource the articles at 99 cent articles. They will write the content and also write content to submit to EZA. This will save you 6-8 hours of article writing and submitting time.

Create a simple 10 page website with the articles with a KW focused domain.

Maintain a steady $2 to $3 a day with your sites with Adsense to recoop your article costs by building links to the pages (EZA from 99 cent guys, automated 3 way links, etc).

Sell the site after a month or 2 on Flippa.

I have always created my own niche adsense sites building them from the ground up. To me paying so much money for a site and from someone you don't know doesn't quite appeal to me.

It is really a good idea, I do not know any service about that so far, but if $2-$3 a day, how to evaluate the price?

the question remains what would a site like that cost and would it not pay off in the long run just to do all the leg work yourself? say you bought said site for $1500 it would be a year before you would realize any clear profit.
unless of course the point of a prepackaged money machine was to eliminate the trial and error, that of course may be worth the year.

I understand that some of you guys think that it is much more
profitable to build such websites than to buy them.

Such sites can be built by oneself if:

- you have a lot of time to do the niche and keyword research
(but there is still no guarantee that your DIY site will make any money)
- you have a lot of time and you know how to build and promote the sites
(static sites or wordpress)
- you have a lot of time and you know how to write optimized content
for the right keywords

Why would I (or you) want to buy an established site that already makes
money?

- you have no time for the above (which is my case, I am part time IMer)
- you want to create a small portfolio of sites that make you money
on autopilot, passive income, appart from your other projects where
you have to interact actively
- you don't want to wait 4 -5 months to see if the site you've built
yourself is a winner or total loser, you want it now
- you have some money to invest in your real estate that does make you
money

The price : such sites can be purchased for 6-12 monthly revenues

Now, why should someone offer such service where they build up
an income of $2-$5 per day and then sell it (or sell it upfront)?

- they are profs and they can create such sites with minimal investment
of time, work and money
- they take larger upfront payments from customers and they still make
profit
- it's simply their business model, that's what they are best at

The owner of Micro Niche Finder does this and has made a killing. You can buy one from his sales page, but if you contact him, you might be able to buy a few from him. Doesn't hurt to ask.

These sites ARE out there and as Zeus66 suggested, if you dig around on Flippa and have some patience, you'll find them. Use the tags functionality on Flippa to check out sites that claim to have adsense revenue.

Another research tool you might want to check out is Market Samurai. Similar to Micro Niche Finder but has a few added tools which make it pretty cool. It's an Adobe Air app too so it sits on the desktop.
