Do Cache Plug Ins affect Adsense Ads?

Recently I have been experimenting to speed up some of my pages. As such, I have installed a caching plugin on my WS template sites.

Since I installed the plugin I have noticed that these sites are getting impressions, but aren't seeing any clicks; before the plug in was installed, they all received clicks on a fairly regular basis with decent CTR.

Should I just delete the plugin and replace the ads with new ones?
