different number of clicks to hops..?

Hi all

I just have a question about adwords. I have gotten one number of clicks. But when I look into my clickbank account the number is less. Is there a valid raeson for this, if not what do you go buy?

clicks and hops will always differ to some extent.

If someone would have an anti virus program or some security setting in their browser which prevents them from getting the cb cookie...it could count the click but the the hop would not be valid (and probably not be counted).

If someone would click from the same IP on the same ad multiple times...it probably would only count as one hop also.

The other way...there is ways to increase hops without actually getting a click...so the nr. of hops would be higher than clicks.

I wouldnt worry too much except if that nr. would significantly differ...

Thankyou for clearing that up for me, i'll not worry as much then. Like you say they do not differ by many hops.
