Adwords, Squeeze page and AUTOPLAY video

Is it allowed (in G Adword's terms and c.) to have a video autoplay on a landing page to which you link your ppc ad?

if yes, is it more effective than a video you have to click on to play?

this is for a video squeeze page...

I am sure that a auto play video / sound is against terms ? Many other sites also have this rule for ads.

probably the best bet would be to send a email to G ads and clarify first
