Start new account or try to change country

Hi,

We have an Adsence account in our home country but are now moving to Asia and want Google to send the money to our new bank.
But we can´t add the new details from the bank cause Google ask for information that we only use in our country. And we can´t change the country we live/work in.

If we start a new account. Is there any risk of doing that and remove all the ads to the new? We make about $700/month and our concern is that Google might wonder why a new account make 700us from start.

Is there like a "Google-trust" in the Adsence account or don´t they care about who is making the money?
