Ok, let's say we have a keyword with 10 000 competing pages. Current top pages for that keyword are super competitive, fairly easya to beat them. We do the research in Google with " ". We use 10 2.0 properties and submit spinned article on each one. We link all those in a link wheel style to the main article... basically we do a link wheel (we don't do the whole circle, just make 2 links to the main article on the last 2.0 property) We bookmark all of them, ping them, submit rss feeds to directories. We wait a few days and we are #1 for that keyword. You are getting traffic ... life is great. But after 1 week you drop to #4. What do you do to get it back up with least work possible? I don't want to make a whole new linkwheel after 1 week, especially if you have 30+ linkwheels :P Please give me some ideas. Take care |

you could routinely add fresh content to the blogs in your wheels, this will keep the interest of the SE spiders, and hopefully ranking maintained. As far as the other properties are concerned, where you can only have one page, I'd be inclined to add more content to each page, eventually you'd have a super detailed and large article, or as I term them, 'Evolutionary Articles'. NOTE: I have no empirical proof of this, but this is something I'm testing. HTH Glenn |

Glenn is spot on, Add fresh content to each property on a regular basis. I would also recommend getting a few links for the property URL's. |

Glenn has already said it, but I will try to add my own $.02. You need to keep the search eingine spiders interested in your web 2.0 contents (the spokes in the link wheel). So at best form, you will need to continue adding quality fresh unique original content to them treating them like blogs. In addition, I would also link each spoke to another spoke, (1 link) and the 2nd, link, will be back to your primary site. This way your main site is reachable from any spoke in the wheel. This is an advantage for visitors landing on that page who would like to visit your primary site straight away.
