How To Find A STAR SEO company?

Hey guys,

Now that I understand all of the critical components in Off Site SEO I would like to find an individual to do it all for me.

I would like to find someone that can:

- Get my site (howtodjfast.com) to #1 or 2 on Google for the term "How To DJ"
- Do this by directory submissions, social bookmarking and most importantly article submissions and high PR back-linking.
- Develop a list of high-search and low-competition keywords that will be easy to rank for.
- Use directory submissions, social bookmarking, article submissions and high PR back-linking to rank in the top 3 for those keywords.

In short I am looking for someone to completely manage my off site SEO. Someone that will get me ranked for my top keywords and someone that will also find new keywords and get me ranked for those as well.

To be a star this person will have to be:

- Fluent in English
- Reliable (no disappearing for a few days)
- Available to communicate via Skype and email on a daily basis if necessary
- Overseas
- Willing to be paid monthly in a long term work agreement.
- Preferably a person and not a company.

I have posted on GetAFreelancer.com without much luck...

Any idea where I can find an individual / company like this?

I have had GREAT results with SubmitEdge.com.

*EDIT* But I don't think they meet all of your terms, however, for an SEO company, they have always been very reliable for me.

I suggest you to find a private one either on oDesk.com or Elance.com.

I managed to find one Australian SEO guy who used to work for a big SEO firm to do all the SEO jobs for me.

Remember to go for those with experiences and track records. That would help a lot.

I have seen there are a lot of successful offline marketing individuals here on WF. When looking for someone try to agree to a pay scale that would be performance based. You get locked into a contract with someone for a high monthly fee that is not giving you the results you desire.

I believe currently there is a thread going on that got real popular about what offline marketers are charging per month. You could find some good leads in there)the thread can't be past page two....its probably still on the first page).

Based on your keyword phrase "how to dj" you should be able to land on page 1 of google with very little backlink building. I suppose anyone with some SEO knowledge will be able to do the job.

How do you check someone's track record for SEO? You just ask to see sites they've worked on and their keywords?

Hey fella just be careful if working with a person and not a company. My company does charge more but companies guarantee stuff while people can split on you. Of course you might be lucky and find a person that will actually do the work but that's up to you to gamble. Most companies do have proven track records and can give you many website/company references as well. If you find an individual to do so that's great but they are few and far between if you get my meaning. I've read many posts here where people have gotten burned from members on this forum and others as well. Maybe if you can give us your budget it would be easier to point you in the right direction.
