What happened to MSN PPC?

I have been using PPC for awhile, exclusive with Adwords, but now I want to give MSN a try; however, where do I sign up?

I went to MSN and tried finding their PPC signup page, but I couldn't find anything.

When I did some searches on MSN, I kept getting the result pages on Bing, where the PPC ads are displayed on the right column.

Did MSN and Bing emerged or something, or Bing is the new MSN?

I'm confused here...

Try adcenter.microsoft.com for PPC on MSN/Bing.

MSN rebranded themselves as Bing last year. It's just a different name.

Where have you been? You probably missed the whole "Live" thing too.
They changed to Live for a about a year, before their recent switch to Bing.

Actually...I have!

I have been busy creating my product, and found the internet too distracting, so I have been living under a rock working on this bad boy product of mine. And I don't really use MSN.
