Hey guys. Today I've discovered this good niche that has no competition at all on AdWords. I've set up my ad, which is the only ad in this niche, and it's not in the yellow box, it's at the right site. So, my question is: how do I get in the yellow box in a niche without competition? Thanks in advance |

You need a Great QS (8 and above) at the very least.

If yours is the only ad I guess it doesn't matter whether you get in the yellow box or not? And supposedly you're paying pennies per click. Good luck to your campaign. |

Thank guys. As for the why-in-the-yellow-box-if-the-only-one question; there are other very well SEOed sites that distract the attention from my ad. And an ad in yellow would just give me what I want. I'll try to play with the QS, thanks again.

Like the Qs8 comment said. Very, very, very hard. You may be under the false impression that you are the only one in your niche. Not so. There are many big boys who are allowed some free reign into just about anything. You are never just the only ad. Sometimes the yellow box does not even appear, just the side sponsored links. Bottom line, you need to have the best of the best adwords record, as well as a fat bank account. Even though you cannot buy the top spot, you need to spend a lot of cash to get there. Google will not put your site on the top until it earns it. And earning it is explained a little bit above. Being the only site in your "niche" will never be enough to appear above the search results. You have to earn it. Google prides itself on not selling top ad results. Although, in a way, they do. But, if there are not paid ads that warrant top billing, it will remain blank. Paul |
