I can't find any striaght forward information on this. Seems like this should be in the TOS, but I can't find it. Will Ezine reject an article if you wrote it, but you posted it on your blog first? |

Of course not. They do make you swear it is yours, however. In fact, many submit the same article to many sites. I have stopped using EZA, as it seems to lost a lot of its worth. Paul |

I always post the articles on my blog first before submitting them to EZA. Normally, I would submit it to them on the same day I publish the article on the blog or wait until Google has indexed the blog post before submitting it to ezine. An example: Blog post Nov 14: Getting Started With Building Your Own Hydroponics System | Ezine post on Nov 14: Simple Steps to Building Your Own Hydroponics System | |

No but I have heard of people having to "prove" it is their work etc.

| This is what I thought. I have done the same. Do you happen to know if it says anywhere explicitly on the EZA's site that this practice is ok. It's not that I don't believe you, it's just that I have been told that people's accounts have been banned for this and I am trying to be as white hat as possible.

I take it that if I havn't made a blog but instead used a basic website template to upload articles on it's still the same rules. I can add the new article to my website and then upload it to ezinearticles right after, whilst linking the article back to my website?

First thing I post on my blog posts is.... "Posted By (Whatever Your Ezine Pen Name Is)" Followed by the article Then after Ezine accepts the article I delete the "Posted by XXXX". I have never had any problems with having to prove it was my work.... |

Well, I guess I can answer that one. I just put 25 articles on ezine that all were on my blog first. Ezine was happy to have them. Now, I'm putting them on other directories and no, I haven't spun them, nor has G or ezine penalized me.
