SEO and PPC keyword differences

If I find a good set of keyword that don't have much competition but have some good traffic and are doing very well in terms of ranking my content, would this keywords also be good for ppc.

Basically I'm asking if keywords that work for seo will also be profitable if used in PPC.

Yes it could be but you must have in mind that SEO is free and PPC is not. So, take a look what SEO keywords really matter to you and do conversions, and then use them in your PPC. You don't want to throw away your money on bringing traffic but to convert, remember that.
