Hello, Anyone ever had a content network campaign drizzle impressions wise, then stop right after midnight? And if you add a new adgroup, that gets drizzle traffic for a day then stops after midnight? Search is showng all 7's and 10's and getting good traffic... just content network. Many thanks! Peter |

| First, some advice. Do not run your content network campaign mixed with a search network campaign. They are totally different and should be managed differently and separately. QS is only for the search network and has no meaning for the CN. I've noticed that what seems to be happening on the CN is that to figure out your ad's quality as fast as possible, the system gives you more impressions than you might normally get on the first day. Once it has the information it needs, your ads fall into regular serving as determined by your quality. The quality on the CN is purely your CTR. So my guess is that your quality is poor on the CN and your competitors are beating you with better ad ranking which is CTR times your bid. Your quality on search has no bearing on that of the content network and vice versa. |

Actually there is a QS for the content network, but that's for another day discussion. Campaigns are seperate. Problem is, traffic drizzles then stops. If I add a new adgroup, same thing happens. When I search for placements I am normally on, I can't even find myself in the auction. |

> Actually there is a QS for the content network, but that's for another day discussion. Technically there is but it's not calculated in the same way, it's not the same QS as for a search campaign. If you create a content network only campaign, the QS column is always empty. |

Yes but it still exists :-) ... and most of the standards are the same as search... Is Quality Score calculated for ads that appear on the content network? - AdWords Help At any rate, many thanks for the help... |
