I have featured slider area above normal posts on my home page. Is that bad for SEO. Should I keep it static? Best- Mike |

I have a few product sales sites where I use such a slider. My observation is that as long as it doesn't significantly impact page load speed it doesn't have any SEO impact and it improves conversions. One thing to keep in mind though is that links you put in Javascript won't count as links for SEO purposes. But I'd guess that's not your intent with the slider. |
