Adwords and Sabotage!

Grr..

This is a vent and a request for help, sort of. Okay.. it's really more of a rant and to see if you guys have had this happen.

Last week I had this creepy guy bugging me. I posted it in the off topic forum about unsolicited critiques.

I seriously think this guy, for what reason I have no idea, sabotaged my adwords campaign for 4 days.

Here's why. I pay around 2.50 per click and have a position of 1-3 for my keyword. My budget is only $20 bucks a day so you see I only get around 8 or 9 clicks a day from adwords.

Which - is totally cool for me because I tend to get 2-4 e-mails a day inquiring about my service and I am more than happy with that.

So I was checking my analytics today and there was a four day section where I only had 1 or 2 unique visitors when I usually have 10-12. The four days started on the same day he sent me messages about how crappy my site was. Now that those 4 days are over my stats go back to where they were before...

Could this just be a fluke, or do you think this guy screwed me? Am I being paranoid?

Makes me really pissed that I spent $80 on this guy being a jerk...

if you suspect click fraud report it to google , give them dates times information and they should be able to follow it up for you.

He must have found me through adwords to begin with because that is the only way I advertise. So he repeated himself...
