What's your experience with Keywordspy?

Whats your experience with Keywordspy and other tools similar to it? Has it produced profitable results for your PPC campaigns?

I've always gone the route of researching my own keywords or using the keyword multiplier method.

However I wonder what if I just start out my keyword list with the profitable competitor keywords that Keywordspy finds for you?

What are your thoughts on this?
