Default Are your PPC campaigns producing conversions consistently?

Here's a problem I'm having with some of my PPC campaigns: Their never consistent.

It'll produce conversions for a few days and then for the next week it does nothing.

The CTR, avg position, etc. stays the same too.

What would you do in this scenario?

Default Re: Are your PPC campaigns producing conversions consistently?

Don't look at a short period of a day or two. Compare week to week.

Also, look at percentages, not raw numbers. I don't care if your CTR was consistent day to day, you may have gotten 50 clicks one day and 100 another. Two sales the first is a 4% conversion rate and four sales the next is still 4%.

Plus, don't expect any number to be the same day to day, especially small sample sizes. They could be more consistent week to week and even more month to month, if what you sell is non-seasonal. But averages and percentages is what you should look at.
