Simple free Excel keyword permutation tool

I'm an Excel guy getting into PPC for CPA, and I'm a little dismayed by how expensive some of the advanced keyword generation tools are. So I've just gone out and found and customized a macro that takes a list of basic keywords in column A and a list of qualifiers (adjectives, city names, whatever) in column B and spits out a list of all the permutations of the two, including reverse order. The keystroke combo for the macro is CTRL+SHIFT+A.

With a little creativity, this worksheet should make building comprehensive keyword lists quite a bit easier and faster. As I get into using it, I may add whatever features I figure will save me time. Who knows? Maybe I'll turn it into a product someday. For know, though, enjoy, and let me know if it helps!
