Hi, I've just used Micro Niche Finder to find some niches, and have set up websites yesterday. I've read somewhere on this board (in connection with another product) that there should be at least 3 PR0 domains in the top ten, to rank here. What is your experience? Is this necessary? I got the impression that you could just find the niche, make a few links and that should be pretty much it as long as you also got the .com. What do you think? Best regards, Thomas |

Thomas, I believe the other thread references his method of getting a website listed on Page 1 somewhere just by virtue of having an exact keyword phrase TLD (Top Level Domain, i.e. .com, .net. or .org) and the top 10 sites on Google currently have at least 3 sites that are PR0, -, or n/a. His method, which has been duplicated by many (including me ), is simply one method of getting a website to rank quickly on the first page of Google. However, you must remember that in order for this method to work, you are finding the low hanging fruit, that is, the Keyword Phrases with, generally lower competition and generally lower search volume. Now occasionally you might get lucky and find one with a hi search volume, but again, that is generally NOT the case. I bring this up because you mentioned that you thought Quote:
Just my experience anyways... Michael | |

If the sites in the top 10 mostly have high PR 3+ but NO on-page SEO, then you can rank with ease. Best way to check is via MS.
