Exact heading or extended heading for website Title and link building?

Hello,I have a website which I am planning to launch,I have one doubt regarding it,say if I want to target a specific keyword for SEO and if I am going to use that as the website title,while keeping in mind the LSI keywords should I name the Title of my website with the extended keyword appended or should I use the main keyword alone for the Title of the website and for building up links and bookmarking for the same site.
eg:I have a website where I am targeting the keyword for "dog training" so if I name my main Title of the site as "learn dog training" instead of "dog training" and also use the same anchor text and Title tag for building up links and do social bookmarking,how much of a difference is it going to make for both of the keyword seperately.
Ie I want a clear advice here on should I choose the Title name as "dog training" instead of "learn dog training" and use the same for social bookmarking and link building or should I use the latter considering the the wide range.
