Clearly the intent of these ads is nothing more than to trick people into clicking Problems with Alesis M1-Active MkII Main / Stereo Speaker but they are a big site so Google doesn't care. |

No, Google doesn't care because there's nothing here to care about. Sure, the intent is mild trickery, but how is it explicitly against TOS? They are riding the line, but nothing I see violates the rules outwardly. It's blended, but nothing tells you to click on anything, and there are no pictures next to the ads inappropriately. Show me a site that doesn't try to blend adsense into their content in some way shape or form, and I'll show you a site that isn't making money. |

I agree, nothing really against the TOS other than the fact one could argue it's "made for adsense."
