Can multiple Adwords vouchers be applied to the same account?

Title basically says it. If you're buying an Adwords voucher from someone else (assuming it hasn't been redeemed already and isn't expired), can it be applied to an account even if a voucher has been used on the same account before? Or do you have to create a new account every time you want to use a new voucher?
