My first ever xfactor style site was I thought a pretty terrible idea in retrspect...however lately its really been impressing me with huge amazon revenue and hardly any adsense. Today it made $18 bucks...and this week its made $45. Keep in mind its only global monthly exact match is only 1000. I have seen about $2 in amazon clicks but people are clicking through and buying $50 dollar products on alot of the amazon clickthrough which is like 2 or 3 a day. I think I stumbled into a weird niche...one where the customers are all buyers. It may just be a lucky week...but lots of people clicking through to amazon usually hightens my confidence cause its all about numbers for me really. Anyway, I just was excited to see it from something I have spent 2 hours on ever. The content is just standard run of the mill best stuff I could come up with on this very weird niche...and the content is by no means spectacular...and its only a 3 page site. Just really exciting to hit something like this and actually see the lucky niches you may find when experimenting with alot of niches. I see better and better results the more projects I get out there. That's all. |

Good to hear this. I honestly think that choose amazon products instead of adsense is the way to go. It's a more longterm approach, and I think more reliable. Adsense can be weird and decide to ban your account for all these micro niche sites--they are MFA sites in a way.
