Links under images

Hello. Quick question. Do we count links under images as backlinks? Google can see that?

Yes, it counts, probably not as much as an anchored text link but it counts. Having the alt tag with a keyword and image file name with the keyword is supposed to help too, at least with Google image search.

Ofcourse Links Under Image Counts as well as link on image also counts !
