Tool for finding long tail keywords?

I own Micro Niche Finder and MS, but the process of digging deeper to finding low search volume/low competition LONG TAILS is a pain.
The reason is that i eg. can run Market Samurai and i can find some good long tails in the first run, but every time i want to dig deeper (based on new keywords found) i need to click a KW and do the process all over.
Is there a tool which might be better in finding MANY long tail keywords, eg. based from one seed keyword where you don't need to repeat stuff all over?
It could filter results, say, filter out all results from the first list with < 30 competing sites. Then do this all over again and again, and at the end i have a list of MANY long tails?
