banned from Adwords and received a Voucher?

I got banned during the big cull a while back but today received a voucher. Is that a welcome back thing or will I have no chance with it?

I would go ahead and try it - see what happens. I think it was more of a random "giving".

Ha ha ha ha ha ha. That's kind of funny, frankly.

I mean, here it is.. this huge machine that everyone worries about so much, who has tracking and algorithms and secrets, oh my! And they can't even keep track of who they banned.

That's pretty nifty, if you ask me.

That is funny. They probably just forgot to remove you from their mailing list when they banned you for most likely no reason.
