I have some newbie questions on backlink bully methods?

I am really confused on all the backlink methods.

But I am going to try backlink bully 1 for now xfactor adsense sites.

But I want to make sure I understand what I am doing.

So it seems like the 9 sites he recommends are blogs? Is that correct? If so what is the MINIMUM amount of content I can get away with to submit to these blogs? If I understand this method is to just use those 9 sites???

Then if I understand it correctly he says to RSSbot your blogs?? Is that correct? If so why not just RSSbot my ezinearticles?? Or can I/should I do that also?

So is that his version 1 method in complete?

I watched version2 but forgot it already and only want to do one thing at a time.

Please don't suggest all different ways I should be backlinking, I realize there are other ways to backlink and I am submitting articles but like I said I am basically confused and just want to try to understand a method to get me started and hopefully it will all fall into place once I do it.

So I am choosing backlink bully to try to understand.
