Is there a tool to break up keywords into their owned themed group?

Here's the problem I'm facing. Lets say I get a list of 5,000 keywords for my PPC marketing and I want to break them down into their own themed group. Where can I find a tool to automatically do this for me so that I don't kill myself doing it manually?

yes champ, download the adwords offline editor, it is free to download and use.

You can then import your keywords into the editor and the editor has a adword grouping function listed under the tools section.
