Am I needing wordpress and blogger?

I am confusing about this matter. Now, I am having my own site? Shall I have free wordpress or blogger account to make a "dummy" blog that links to my site?

You would still need get traffic to another site - why not try getting visitors to the main site instead? Use articles, bookmarking, video, etc.

Sounds like you are on the beginning stages of a Linkwheel without the wheel...maybe a unicycle....why build a dummy blog? Rather than wasting your time trying to get that dummy site ranked I would focus your energy on getting the main blog ranked by creating solid backlinks to your site. You can do that in various ways.
