Hey guys, I would consider myself a newbie because ive prob only made a few hundred through the internet , but I am very interested in internet marketing. I am currently trying to promote a CPA offer through google adwords. My problem is that it says that my add is going to be shown rarely due to a low quality score. What are my options to over come this? I was thinking, should I write up an article and submit it to ezine and then direct the add to my aricle? I should get a better quality score because I could make sure to put the keyword im trying to target in there. I am just not too sure what do to? If anyone has had this kind of issue and found a good way to get passed it. I would appreciate suggestions. Thank you very much, Warriors |

Ezine articles would be good, as well as creating a few blogs on Blogger and perhaps in Livejournal.!

QS is done in 2 stages. The "pre-run scan" where they will check the landing page for keyword relevance, and the "on the run" scan which is all to do with CTR. Pointing the ad to a better (more relevant) landing page will help but that's not the main point. CTR needs to be raised so you should look at your ad copy. |

QS is also affected by the presence(or lack of) of the key pages such as terms of service, privacy, and contact us. If links to the pages are not found, they will swat you down. I would advice putting the links at the bottom of the page so they don't distract from the offer. Linking directly to a squeeze page can also affect the QS lately, and a two stage approach where there is a link on the landing page to the actual squeeze page helps with the QS. Some people have been using wordpress blog posts as the landing page and then taking them to an offer or squeeze from the post which helps as well. Kevin |

Keywords are relevant to your landing page? Good. What's left is mostly CTR. How to increase CTR? Compelling ad copy. So Ditso is right. Learn more about QS and other Adwords stuff in Adwords FAQ. Oh, and get familiar with the guidelines and policies found here: adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/static.py?page=guidelines.cs |

Many CPA offers no longer fire in the big G, this may be a site that is no longer approved by G, such as dodgy health re-bill offers, clean my teeth, acai Berri and similar. If it is these types of sites that your trying to link forget it and move along you will never fire them up, and you are better of deleting those keywords and campaigns (do not pause them) or you risk having your account low balled by G and loosing the account with a slap. As Lucid has said check out the info and if not as above with re-bills then again as mentioned above work on the QS and your site layout such as privacy and other pages mentioned. |
