I think that most of those blogs are already spammed a lot of times. Will visit some of them and take a look, but I am sure that they are now worthless. Thanks anyway

I agree with publishing these lists is not a good idea. Now granted most of the sites on that list are well know do follow blogs. I found them before just by typing do follow blog into Google. It is not that hard to find do follow blogs that are actually related to your site. It just takes time and some effort. And more likely than not they will not be spammed to death since these will be lesser known sites. I have a personal list of around 250 do follow blogs that are related to my site. And you can do the same, just put a little effort into it. And make coherent and relevant comments that the blog owner will actually like and appreciate.

Remember, this is part of an old strategy that still works but not near as well as it did in the past so don't spend all of your time doing blog comments but missing out other important avenues like social media, where today you get more bang for the buck!

The domain might be high page rank how about the actual page you will be commenting on, are they PR 6 or 5 too?

The reason is that this list is posted about 2 years ago and surely all links were dofollow that time, but probably some of them moved to nofollow and also the pagerank of some links are changed and its natural after two years.
