Default Adsense and docstoc.com: A misunderstanding or false information?

Docstoc.com allow new members to register directly with adsense through their registration form... but after you register, Google send you the following email..

++++++++++++++++
Unacceptable site content:

In order to participate in Google AdSense, publishers' websites and
application information must satisfy the following guidelines:

*You must provide accurate personal information with your application that
matches the information on your site.
*Your website must contain substantial, original content.
+++++++++++++++++++++

Which is I found funny.. I don't know whay Adsense is sending such message. I posted in adsense support and until now no one dares to answer...

Any idea?

Thanks

I really doubt that Adsense is going to let you apply for an account by using Docstoc, or any other site that you don't own and control. That seems to be why they are refusing your app - you don't own docstoc. I would suggest you set up a good blog with some decent content, then use it to apply. You can then use adsense on docstoc as well.

When you are applying via docstoc, I believe it says something akin to "matching information with your adsense account".

Everything's gotta match there.

And what did you list as your website? You have to have a website to apply, even via docstoc. And, that website has to have some content to it.

Hope that helps (probably not!)

Warmly,

Brandi

You are confusing the applications process.
You need to have an adsense account first.

Then you need to go to the docstosc site and register your account.

Once you have your account, then you link your docstoc account to your adsense account. That's what the link in docstoc is for.

well, there is an option for non-adsense account holders... when you follow that link, it will prompt you to create an adsense account... but not asking for website...

Maybe Adsense require enough content before You can apply for them. I mean You should write in docstoc for several post then You go to apply. Just my idea

This is an odd question to be asking - considering the OP's signature link.

Many sites will give a link to google for people to apply to adsense - but no guarantee of approval. You still have to go through google's process.

It has nothing to do with my sig....

The thing I am saying is, docstoc is making peole confuse... Their website says you can apply adsense acocunt through them.. You fill-up a form, enter your personal information, then you'll receive message from adsense asking you to confirm your account, then adsense tells you that your application is denied because your site is not qualified... How can adsense say that when both docstoc and adsense did not asked for site details during application? They are making people confused... Adsense asked only personal information... it did not asked for site details... try to register suing a dummy account and you'll see...

I have my adsense account active since 2004 and I have no problem... only I found out this process is not 100 effective..

If you applied using a link from within your docstoc account Adsense was likely automatically provided a link to your docstoc profile. Adsense reviewed the content associated with your docstoc account and decided that it was not a good fit for the Adsense program.

If you wanted Adsense to consider a different site with your application, you needed to submit a regular application form that allows you to enter your web site URL.
