What is the difference between Micro Niche Finder's Ad Cost and the cost which appears in Spyfu for a given Keyword?

I think spyfu tells you the avg CPC from advertisers while MNF use what Google uses which is the avg of the top paying ads which I think it use 1-3.

I could be wrong though...
