ready-made adsense portals??

We have seen many ready-to-use adsense portals being sold on warrior, dp. even there are many membership sites providing such portals on monthly basis where they say unique sites.

Yes it may be unique for their members but the fact is. if they have 1000s of members, all are sharing same website (we call it unique???)

There have been many big launches in the past, adsensefiresale etc. sold for a good price.. their portals were very good.. but unique?? whats the use of such sites when 1000s of others are going to popup with the same content?

are such sites even worth of $197, $127, $97 or even $1 ?

Now my another question is, there are some genuine members on dp and here selling real unique 10 pages adsense portal (website flipper) they do write unique content 10 articles, get a readymade theme from sites such as oswd etc. and sell them for $150-$200 ... and they wont sell the same content to anyone else..

how much do you think such unique sites are worth?

I have a new system that I sell for $197. But I offer and recommend the people that buy the product, to customize it with their own content. I think it is very important to have unique content, if you're going for seo traffic. Also, I would think it will affect the adsense earnings.

People are lazy.. it has been told by everyone to customize the content. but just google and you will see 99 out of 100 have same content.

Well, what i am trying to understand is. how much a site is worth with real unique content? like there are some on DP forum who says they have written these 10 pages articles themselves and now want to sell.. and considering he will sell only 1 copy of that site.. how much that 10 page custom content adsense site would be a worth?

10 articles x $8 = $80
plus his time and profit $20

So i guess it should be between $100-$150 ?

yeah people are lazy everything push a button but in fact with push a button doesn't make much money...

because there is competition... and how many people will read sites that have the similar sources of content?
