Wordpress SEO Question and Silo Architechture

Hello Everyone:

I hope you are all doing well today and making money.

I have question about Wordpress with respect to Silo Architecture.

I currently have a Wordpress Blog with four posts having been indexed for a year.

I have decided to silo out the rest of the blog using Wordpress.

The goal is to have five silos and a blog on the same site.

Does it make sense to keep a blog in root directory if you are siloing out other directories?

In other words, the home page would have the 4 blog posts on the front page.

It would have a menu at the top leading to the different silos.

I am wondering if I need to move the four posts currently on the blog's home page it's own directory called "blog" or if I can just leave them. I dont want to mess up the adsense clicks its already getting.
