Microsoft AdCenter’s “budget pause” isn’t a pause it resets and charges you, I'm out $50 when I thought it was on a pause. I told her I would dispute with my credit card, any suggestions as how to get out of the charge? I assumed a budget pause would be just that, a budget pause without charges, my site isn't ready to go yet!!

No way out. I also had this problem with them. Do not pause you actually have to delete the campaign or set your budget to zero.

I don't know ask your rep please. I think it resets once a month despite being on budget pause. I think that's so manipulative I asked for the charges to be reversed but she wasn't able to. Have you heard of a budget pause, that isn't a pause. I'm going to very confidentially call her, and explain I am looking to use the PPC service for the next 1-5 years, which is true, but not under the terms of a budget pause, which unpauses and still charges you. Does anyone have a suggestion as to possibly getting these charges reversed? $100 flew out when I thought the account was paused. I don't mind loosing that kind of money if I am testing, but for it to just go, when I thought the account was on pause..? My site wasn't ready to go, I just have a small site but it actually affects reputation among the market too. |
