I had idea about this...and wanted to ask if you people would willing to buy this. List of accounts with profiles listed in Google from Angela & Paul packages...and everything you need to do is to go and place your link there...of course the profiles will be several days (weeks) old and all that. What do you think? |

Not sure I understand what your trying to do? Are you trying to rehash off of Angela and Paul, the exact same package? |

I think i understand what you are trying to do. but what would be better is if you put the marketer's links for them and charge them just a bit more to do that. that would work much better. Because on angela's website she mentions that you can use her backlinks for clients!

I'm not sure I fully understand what you're trying to say, but I have this bad taste in my mouth, after reading your post, that you will ripping off Angela and Paul's hard work. Please accept my apologies if my feeling is wrong. If it's not wrong you may well want to understand that Angela and Paul are adamant about taking legal action against those that pass on her packages to other folks. If your intentions are honorable and they could be, then why not contact Angela and Paul and ask permission to use their copyrighted material. You get everything lined up legally and otherwise, come back an explain your idea in full, then we can give you our thoughts on whether we would consider purchasing your product. That service would probably be of value, however, not as you currently suggest. You definitely cannot do it with their existing sites, however, you can find your own similar sites and then do what you propose. You'd probably get quite a few buyers. |

for those of you who don't understand what he is asking... he is going to buy the backlink packs... create profile accounts on those sites... you can then buy a list of sites where he has already created profiles and all you have to do is add your links. the benefit to the buyer is you get a profile that has aged some which means the chances of your profile being deleted when you add your links are lower. it's perfectly legal and there is nothing Angela or Paul could do about it. He can't resell their packs but he can sell a list of pre-made profiles based on the sites listed in those packs. others have been doing this for a while now. |

A better option would be to do the same thing, but with sites found from other sources.

Theres not that much of a significant advantage with this over a double pass submission service. provided the service waits awhile to place the link.

Not being a customer of Angela's or Paul's products and not having use profiles for backlinking purposes, I don't know how effective they are. However, I have spent a lot of time building a list of dofollow unmoderated pages where one can post comments. I attribute my gaining a page 1 #5 spot on Google to my backlink building. My main keyword is "google keyword tool" and it has about 3.5 million competing pages. I'll likely never get any higher for that keyword. Google has the top 3 spots and another site that looks like Google may own it has #4. Nonetheless, placing backlinks on dofollow unmoderated pages is my favored way to get a top organic search listing. |

Sure, if Angela and Paul were taking a cut from it I think it'd be okay, but as it's currently proposed I do see it as unethical. No, they don't own the sites so it's not breaking any laws or anything but I think he'd be much better off sourcing his own sites and then providing the service. There are thousands upon thousands upon thousands of those types of sites out there and they are not hard to find.

If I purchase a horse betting book and win on a horse they recommended, should I then pay more than my original purchase price of the book I bought? I'm not reselling their book. I'm simply using the information they provided. Using it any way short of simply copying the information and redistributing it I don't see any ethical problems.

There are really two issues. First if you sell profiles from just Angela and Paul's packets you will be limiting yourself to how many sites you are hitting. Not very good in my opinion. If you are going to do this kind of service then you should probably have 1000's of different sites in your arsenal to spread things out a bit. Second is letting your customers know that the sites are from Angela and Paul's packets. This is wrong as you are trying to use their names and reputations to bolster you product which I think would be unethical. If you just offer generic aged profiles then you are ok, if you plan on using the fact of where the sites came from you are not. |

But, I can certainly say this situation would clearly be against the rules and regulations that Terry and I have set forth in our packets. The issue is that 1 subscriber is not building links to their own sites, but are in fact creating profiles for other parties who should be buying their links/sites directly from the source. You have party A buying the sites from the vendor and selling the profiles to X, Y and Z, wheras X, Y and Z should be subscribers to the vendor instead. Tom

As when you open the ebook and agree to use it you agree to the license thats clearly in the book. So using the information in ways not intended - however you want to try and spin it to fit your situation convienently is tripe. Illegal and ethical are to vastly different things I think the ethical compromise is ... Its worth far more in time saved to the end user to have a seasoned profile page that hasnt met with moderator death [ yet ], and they dont have to go thru the registration process. Huge value to the buyer [ or at least it would be to me]. So lets say the OP charged $37 for this - each month he did it. If he then sent angela and/or paul the cost of the link packages per customer per month - and kept the difference, then its the same to angela and paul as the end user spending $37 - as being Angela and Pauls customer. Or, the OP should only do this service for "existing" Angela and Paul subscribers. Or, just become a An&P affiliate, create a list and market the service to them. "Hey peeps I do this for you, but the first $7 of the $37 [or whatever price ] service per month goes to A & P... so you must go here and Buy Now" That buyer now shows up in his affilaite commissions report and its simple as pie to keep tabs on. The horse betting book example doesnt correlate to me - Im sure it might fit nicely as a potential justifaction to steal others copyrighted works, but the sport betting book doesnt have A & P's license and copyright rules, and is specifically designed to help people gamble better. A & P's books are designed to help people get backlinks and rank their sites - not open up a competing business and rip off their work. The more appropriate sports betting book example that does correlate 0 would be if the buyer takes the books contents and creates a website and copies the content word for word ... puts some adsense on it - sprinkles in a few spins, and calls it their own, and resells a subscription to the site to make money off the originators "content" and ideas. |

I'm definitely not a fan of the idea but in regards to Angela's copyright it doesn't seem like he would have a problem unless he did it on Warriors. ★★★Get 30+ Dofollow High PR Backlinks Every Month★★★ Post 8 I think she has the right idea. Lets face it the only protection you can put to backlinks are in protecting their distribution software wise. The idea of enforcing any legalese you put in is an up hill climb for information that was gleaned from a very public Internet. anyway this is a service and she allows it off of Warriors but again to me theres no big benefit over a double pass delayed submission service. |

What it is this conversation is all about?? This is a stupid idea from someone who is trying to make money from other people's work. Plus, Angela and Paul CLEARLY states in every package that these packages can't be used as a base of any WSO or WF offer of any kind... If you want to offer link building services for customers, you shall do this outside the WF... These are the terms |

Look - I think we're all putting to much stock in Paul & Angela's links - we need to do a lot more than concentrating on these packages...

If this guy wants to bank on the reputation of their links to make some cash on his own... go for it. If he want's to create 100 profiles on ozzy.com or whatever and sell them... he's free to do so. Just because that site is listed on one of Angelas lists doesn't mean it's off limits for every other backlink seller.
