Is article valley do follow or no follow?

I see it showing up as no follow with my addon but i see warriors posting it as do follow. I am a bit confused which is it?

articlesvalley.com is dofollw....what browser are you using? add a extension or plugin that highlights no/dofollow links.That's all I did and went to the site and saw that it is dofollow.
