How to Use Tubemogul correctly??

I know it can be great way of building alot of backlinks by submitting a ton of videos across 20 different sites. But is there a "correct" way of doing it?
Would it affect my chance of being ranked if i were to submit to all 20 in the same day and then bookmark each and every 1 of them or would that seem "un-natural" to google?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Tube mogul was before really useful page for video submission, but now i think because of a lot of spammers it's not useful any more, or it's limited or something like that.
