Magical Article Rewriter/Submitter Issues

Is anyone else having issues with their magical article rewriter/submitters? I constantly need my license key and I keep having to email Mr. Krulik to get it, costing me a day of work. He usually emails me the license key within 24 hours, but he has not emailed me the past week. Does anyone have an answer to the problem or a way around it? Or an email address where I can reach him?
