|  Using trademarks in adwords as affiliate? Dan Brock?
Hey Everyone -- Does anyone know how to use a trademark with google adwords? I am an affiliate for Apple through Amazon.. and keep getting disapproved due to trademark.. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks Jason |

from memory you need to seek approval, you best bet may be to speak with your affiliate manager at amazon, as this would be a common thing for them ?

Try placing your trademark term in the display url only. I've also had disapproved ads for trademarks and after leaving the trademark in the display url only it was fine. Also I'd suggest you don't resubmit a disapproved ad more than once or twice. I almost got my account closed for doing it - constant violation of google's trademark policy |
