Hi Warriors, I would like to know the methodology behind link building for desired results, For example if you wanted to rank a site on the first page of google for a "keyword" with 1,000,000 results and all competitors had inbound links from 500 to 1000 and PR2-3 how would you go about it with a new site. the above is theoretical and if you would use another example then great. I suppose I would like to know if there is any kind of formula, or how you would start your link building and when you would expect the desired results, any help or place to look for such info is appreciated, I understand most about seo but this crucial area seems to be unwritten... the only thread I have found that is like this is Wait! You Need To Build Links Like This! which is a great post!! Thanks, Brian |

Ranking for competitive terms is not about how many links you can build. The sooner you figure this out the better the chances you'll not waste your time. This is a good thing. If all you had to do to rank was out link your competition you wouldn't stand a chance. The big companies would simply buy all the ranking. |
