i did not receive its confirmation and user name and password after I signed up for its $1trial. i sent an email to ask them to resend, and never heard back. i am paying $29.9 now and want to cancel it. how can i do it? can i dispute with paypal and ask the $29.9 back? peter, if you are seeing this post, please reply to emails.

If you have a support issue, I would go to their help desk and submit a ticket: Brute Force Seo Software by Peter Drew - Kayako eSupport Help Desk Software. I have always gotten a prompt response from Pete's team. Also, if you wish to cancel your subscription, you should be able to do that right from your own PayPal account. John |
