you can tell by right clicking on a link and clicking properties, if its nofollow, it will say (click on any link in twitter to test this out) if its dofollow, it won't say anything

Use nodofollow plugin. Remember that the number of links around here means they are not worth focusing on, but may be a little bonus for participation.

Also the word "dofollow" does not exist.

Signature links in Warrior Forum are DoFollow, but as Fernando said, forum signature links doesn't carries too much weight.

The signatures in this forum are dofollow.
I always use a firefox plugin called SearchStatus to highlight nofollow links.

you can tell if its no follow by doing this.

1.Press CTRL + U (it will bring up the source code)
2.Press CTRL + F
3.on the search box that pops up type in ''nofollow''
if it pops up that means its a no follow site, if it turns
out red it's a Dofollow site, i hope that helped.

Actually, the word 'dofollow' does exist as people use it.

dofollow is easier than saying "no no follow" or "not no follow". Double negatives are always messy.

You didn't add a smiley, so I'll have to assume you are serious.

Can you think of any other reasons a person would make forum posts other than to spread their signature?

Haha!

I was about to say just that.

My calculations would have been a little different.

Probably 0.00000038 or so because there are 3.8million posts

I like spreading my reputation around and sharing information with others. Even if the signature wasn't there, Warrior Forum has a lot of power in expressing who an internet marketer is to others.

He also has an average of around 3.X amount of posts per day (higher than mine, but that's because I use Warrior Forum when I have spare time).

In other words, he's active, but 3.X posts isn't a lot compared to how a spam account would go about posting upwards of 50.X posts per day.

Download the firefox add-on, it will make a big difference in no-follow and do-follow links. The links which are no-follow will become red. The signature in this forum is do-follow.

Just because you are not going to get much page rank from posting this doesn't mean it is of almost no value. I have seen people get number 1 ranking for very competitive keywords with a lot of PR 0 links and relatively few links of PR 1-3.

I don't know why people here are so obsessed with PR. It isn't that big of a determinant in rankings. Having a lot of relevant PR 0 links will allow you to dominate most keywords.

I think target="_blank" opens a link a new browser window. Does it have any SEO benefits?

Sig links here are dofollow I believe. Make it simple, use google chrome browser and then highlight one sig link and then right click, then select inspect element. it should show the link info then.

When I check my backlinks on the yahoo checker Warrior forum links show up. So whatever they are and how much link juice you might get from them makes for a good debate.

It also shows how information can be misleading.
